How a LeadScale programme runs

What counts as an acceptable record is written into a specification with you before anything is bought.

LeadScale Services buys the sources against that specification. LeadScale's technical team turns it into instructions for the LeadScale Engine™, LeadScale's own software: the criteria each check tests against, the order the work runs in, and where each record goes. The Engine then tests what the sources return before anything is delivered to you.

What the specification settles

  • One specification for every source.

Your acceptance criteria are written into one specification, which governs every source the programme buys and every check the Engine runs. Managed lead generation

  • Knowing what arrives.

Records reach you after passing your programme's checks, with source, timestamp and consent written in at capture. Lead validation How we check leads

How a programme is set up

  • Requirements into instructions.

Your requirements arrive as ordinary sentences about job roles, kinds of company and markets. LeadScale's technical team turns them into instructions the Engine can run.

  • Four checks before delivery.

Format checks, verification lookups, duplicate checks and the programme's own filters. Every lead goes through the same four checks: data hygiene, contact verification, spec and duplication, and human verification. The criteria they test against come from the programme.

  • Order by design.

A duplicate check can run before a paid lookup such as email verification, so the lookup runs once per person.

  • A person re-checking.

Every lead goes through four checks, finishing with a review by one of our team. On business contacts, a person checks the role and company are real and current.

  • Sourcing.

LeadScale Services asks eligible suppliers to bid against the specification and is responsible for the sourcing decisions.

  • The Engine on its own.

Clients who buy the Engine without Services follow the same order: nothing runs until a specification says what should happen to a record.

  • What was ordered, and what arrived.

LeadScale reconciles the two, and an audit trail runs through the delivery.
