HubSpot
Send new form submissions from HubSpot into the LeadScale Engine™ for checking, and receive processed records back into HubSpot.
HubSpot can supply new form submissions to the LeadScale Engine and receive processed records from it. Your team configures HubSpot to push submissions automatically; LeadScale's technical team configures delivery into HubSpot. The Engine applies the checks and processing agreed for the programme.
From a HubSpot form into the Engine
A submission first enters HubSpot through your form. The configured push then sends it to the Engine for processing.
The form may already check that an email address follows the expected pattern. An address can pass that check and still be wrong. Where the programme includes verification, the Engine checks email addresses against a third-party service to establish whether they are correct.
The lead validation page explains the checks available and how they are combined.
Delivery into HubSpot
HubSpot is one of LeadScale's most common delivery destinations. Records arrive through a standard integration after the Engine has applied the programme's checks and rules for duplicates and repeat responses.
For records created through a LeadScale programme, source, timestamp, lineage and consent audit information travel with the delivered record.
Agree the checks and destinations
Before processing starts, you and LeadScale agree which checks to run, their order and how to handle a record that fails. You specify where processed records should go: HubSpot, another system or several destinations.
