Salesforce
How the LeadScale Engine™ connects to the Salesforce instance your sales team works in.
Salesforce is a regular delivery destination for the LeadScale Engine. Records go through the checks agreed for your programme before delivery through a standard integration. LeadScale's technical team configures the connection. For records created through a LeadScale programme, source, timestamp, lineage and consent audit information travel with them.
What reaches Salesforce
Before delivery, the Engine identifies duplicates and repeat submissions and applies the programme's rules to them. The lead validation page explains the wider checks and how their order affects processing.
Salesforce can be one of several destinations. The same record can also reach a dialler and an email platform, supplying the tools your teams use for follow-up alongside the CRM.
How it is set up
You specify which Salesforce instance should receive records and any other destinations the programme needs. At the start, you and LeadScale agree the checks, their order and how to handle records that fail.
LeadScale's technical team configures the connection into Salesforce. The technical data services page explains how the team fits the Engine into your existing workflow and agrees the work on each side.
