Where did this record come from? What consent was captured? What happened before delivery? The LeadScale Engine™ keeps the record history needed to examine those questions.
Records created through the LeadScale Engine carry their source label, timestamp, lineage and consent audit trail. An audit trail follows the record through processing to delivery, so its history can be examined alongside its contact details. Where records are delivered against an order, deliveries are reconciled against that order.
From capture to delivery and removal
- Capture its history. When a record is created through the Engine, its source label, timestamp, lineage and consent audit trail are recorded with it. The source identifies where it came from; the lineage records its history.
- Trace it to delivery. The audit trail follows processing and hand-over. Where records are delivered against an order, reconciliation compares delivery with what was ordered.
